Maker of integrated time solutions ends 2013 with most successful sales year in company history, penetration into new markets, giving back to community.
Dassel, Minn. (Dec. 30, 2013)—American Time, a market leader in integrated time solutions, announced today that it has sold more than 1.7 million clocks since the company was founded in 1980. Furthermore, 2013 marks the most successful sales year in company history, thanks to an expanded sales force across the U.S., innovative new products and designs, and a growing presence in markets such as healthcare and manufacturing.
American Time’s integrated timekeeping solutions allow organizations to keep precise and synchronized time on all clocks throughout a facility or campus. Through a wired or wireless signal, each clock and timekeeping device displays the same time and can automatically be adjusted for events, such as daylight saving time. This synchronization ensures an optimized flow of occupants through a building, accurate record keeping for regulatory or insurance compliance, and huge savings on maintenance costs by avoiding the need to manually adjust each clock.
“Our strong team and innovative solutions have driven the trajectory of American Time in 2013,” said Dieter Pape, president, American Time. “This year marked our continued leadership in the K-12 education sector, and we are excited about the interest we have seen from new markets, such as health care and manufacturing. Just as importantly, this success has allowed us to continue to give back to our community in significant ways, which is a core value of our company and our employees.”
American Time donated nearly $3,500 in cash donations to various community organizations, including school and arts organizations, the volunteer fire department, educational scholarships and more. Employees also collected items for the local food shelf and toys for area families in need.
