Net 30 days from invoice date to established accounts. School and hospital purchase orders are accepted. Call us for easy account validation

Send a check or money order for the amount, including shipping and handling. See the Shipping Charge Chart. If you need help, call TOLL FREE 800-328-8996 and a customer service representative will give you a total amount.
We're sorry, we cannot accept checks, money orders or credit cards from anyone outside the U.S.A. & Canada. Please call Customer Service for wire instructions.
