Terms and Conditions for Doing Business with American Time

We are pleased to do business with you. Below are the general terms and conditions for establishing an account with us, using a credit card, or placing an international order. Open Account
Net 30 days from invoice date to established accounts. School and hospital purchase orders are accepted. Call us for easy account validation
We accept:
Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express
Send a check or money order for the amount, including shipping and handling. See the Shipping Charge Chart. If you need help, call TOLL FREE 800-328-8996 and a customer service representative will give you a total amount.
International Orders
We're sorry, we cannot accept checks, money orders or credit cards from anyone outside the U.S.A. & Canada. Please call Customer Service for wire instructions.
ACH Payments
If you’d like to pay via ACH please request the form, complete/sign it and either email it to or fax it to (800) 789-1882.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected for the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
