Is there a cost to join the partner program?
No. There is no cost to join or to stay in the program, and no obligation. No annual fees, no program costs.
Do I have to sign a dealer agreement?
No contract required. You order when you have a project. There’s no obligation between projects.
Is there a minimum order to get contractor pricing?
No minimum order is required to access contractor pricing. Your discount applies from the first unit.
How does the free logo program work?
Order a minimum of 10 clocks on a single order and we’ll apply your customer’s logo to the clock face at no charge. Just submit the logo file when you place the order and we handle the rest.
What if the project specifies a competitor’s product?
We can provide substitution documentation that makes it easy to propose American Time as an equal or superior alternative. Call us and we’ll walk you through it.
What if I have a technical question during installation?
Call us. A real person will answer. We provide commissioning support by phone throughout the installation, no ticket required.
Do you work with electrical distributors?
Yes. We can discuss that when we connect after you register.
I’m an IT integrator, not an electrician. Is this program for me?
Absolutely. EverAlert is an IP-based, network-managed platform that sits squarely in the IT integrator’s scope, and our PoE and Wi-Fi clocks are often installed by IT integrators too. We have IT-specific documentation, integration guides and support resources built for your team.
