Replacing Your Clock

In recent years, mechanical movements used to repair or replace traditional Standard brand clocks have become obsolete. We still offer some clocks with mechanical movements, but in most cases we recommend upgrading to current clock technology. Standard built a few different types of clocks with several different numbering sequences. To find out which kind you have, look for the original model number stamped on the back of the clock.

Compatibility

AllSync Plus replacement clocks are compatible with secondary clocks covered under these types, with dual-motor correction.

For Standard Electric: CR & GRC 109106-109155, J109106-J109155 and 105047-105066 Series.

For Faraday: 2420-2431 Series

The dual-motor movement (CR and GRC Series) is the most common type used for STANDARD synchronous clocks and is compatible with ALLSYNC PLUS technology. AllSync Plus clocks are available in 120VAC and 24VAC, so be sure to select the correct voltage for your replacement clock.
