Software & Firmware Updates

We removed java applets from our remote connect with the release of firmware V8.0.62

IMPORTANT FIRMWARE NOTE

You may have heard or noticed that this piece of outdated, insecure web infrastructure (the Java Applet) has been phased out by Google Chrome, Mozilla, Microsoft Edge, Oracle, and others.

Please update the firmware for your AllSync®IQ, SiteSync®IQ and Remote Transmitter units. You’ll see an updated look, some additional features and you may notice an increase in performance.

Note: Remote Connect features are optimized when using Google Chrome.
